Powered by MINI Big Love – our goal to make life brighter – we took his workouts around the country to get you lovely lot feeling more motivated, energised, and refreshed, both physically and mentally.

From the comfort of his MINI Countryman, Joe set off from Somerset and made his way up to Perth in Scotland, stopping at some seriously impressive venues along the way. You could swipe through the locations below to find the nearest to you. After bossing your burpees and perfecting your plank, you got the chance to chat to Joe and snap a photo. And to add to your wellness wins, 100% of the proceeds went to BBC Children in Need.
