We directly employ more than 24,000 people and support more than 46,000 jobs through our supply chains.
COMMUNITY.
As well as stimulating economic development in their localities, MINI Plants Oxford and Swindon support their local communities through numerous cultural and social activities, including sponsoring Oxford's famous Cowley Road Carnival.
GIVING SOMETHING BACK.
All plants actively fundraise for our chosen house charity, which changes every two years.
For 2021-2023 our chosen charity is the Campaign Against Living Miserably, or CALM for short. We stand with CALM against suicide to show life is always worth living.
LOOKING AFTER OUR YOUNG PEOPLE.
The development of young people is also very important to us. We offer work experience placements for young people from local schools and support university student exchange programmes on top of our incredible apprenticeship and internship opportunities.
This year alone we have employed 240 apprentices and 191 interns across the UK.
